Marllo Medical Terms & Conditions 



1. Any guidance provided by Marllo Medical Ltd is given in good faith and is not intended to give rise to a duty of care or to create a contractual relationship between Marllo Medical Ltd and the recipient. Any guidance is addressed to the recipient alone and it is not intended to be relied upon by any third parties. 

2. All Intellectual Property and related material, (including any related work in progress that is developed or produced for the customer), will be the property of Marllo Medical Ltd. The customer is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of the Intellectual Property. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with Marllo Medical Ltd.

3. Any advice or guidance provided by Marllo Medical Ltd is not intended to replace or act as a substitute for the advice or guidance you receive from other experts whom you may consult.

4. Where less than twenty four hours notice is given, the fees for any missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointments will be payable in full. 

5. Marllo Medical Ltd has a responsibility to provide its employees with a safe place of work. We reserve the right to recall our Collection Officers where site conditions are deemed to be inappropriate for their safety, and / or the safety of any Donors. There must be a customer representative on hand to assist the Collection Officer where required. The fees for any abandoned appointments will be payable in full.

6. There must be appropriate facilities on site to allow for the Collection and Chain of Custody procedures to be fully observed. We reserve the right to recall our Collection Officers where site conditions are deemed to be inappropriate to allow these procedures to be fully completed. The fees for any abandoned appointments will be payable in full.

7. Payment terms are as noted on invoices. Where payments are delayed by more than thirty days from the due date, Marllo Medical Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on the full outstanding sum, at a rate of 5% above the current base rate of interest as set by the Bank of England. This will be calculated daily and compounded monthly, from the day the payment is due, up to and including the day the debt, VAT, accrued interest and any costs involved in recovering the debt are fully paid.

8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Marllo Medical Ltd.'s liability for death or personal injury, nor do they affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
